Fabrication
We have experience of fabricating using a wide variety of materials, including:
- Carbon Steel
- Stainless Steel 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 321
- Chrome Moly
- 4130 High Strength CS
- ASME Code Stamps R, S and U applied for - Joint review pending - Expected mid-April 2008.
Our Processes
Our fabrication process is highly detailed. The major steps in our overall process include:
- Receive, check and store materials
- QC all materials on receipt
- Fabricate pipe spools
- Supervise fabrication
- N.D.E. (% determined by specification)
- Store fabricated pipe in Laydown
- Deliver fabricated pipe to site for installation
- Hydro-testing of fabricated spools
Welding Processes
We utilize the following welding processes:
- SMAW Shield Metal Arc Welding
- GTAW Gas Tungston Arc Welding
- GMAW Gas Metal Arc Welding
- FCAW Flux Core Arc Welding
